Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 Tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 serving or 3-4 Tbsp vanilla or plan whey protein powder
  • 1 serving or 2 tsps greens powder
  • 4 ice cubes

Blend in a blender until smooth and creamy. If you cannot find coconut water, you can use coconut water powder and water or 1/2 cup nut milk, such as unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup filtered water.

 

Greena-Colada Avocado Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 serving or 3-4 Tbsp vanilla or plain whey protein powder
  • 1/2 – 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 ice cubes

Blend in a blender until smooth and creamy.

 

Pineapple Peach Banana Smoothie

  • 1 small frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • 1/2 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 – 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 serving or 3-4 Tbsp vanilla or plain whey protein powder
  • 1 serving or 2 tsps greens powder
  • 2 Tbsp raw unsalted almond butter

Almond butter and filtered water can be replaced with 1⁄2 cup filtered water and 1⁄2 cup unsweetened almond milk. Blend in a blender until smooth and creamy.
